Vijayta received her 200 RYT Yoga training from Joschi Yoga Institute in New York City and teaches yoga for all levels. Her style is a Vinyasa flow, a dynamic and fun flowing practice that links each movement with the breath. Whether you engage in yoga to improve flexibility, strengthen and tone, unify body and mind, or simply to sweat, Vijayta can tailor your experience to meet your needs. Each class encompasses heat building movement, meditation, stress relief, stretching, and sweat! Leave her class feeling relaxed, centered and energized.
Currently Vijayta teaches at Do Yoga Do Pilates in Tribeca, Finding Sukha Yoga school in the East Village, Joschi NYC in Chelsea, and at the Riverhouse in North Battery Park in New York City.
